CS: Source taking over |D|K|

Seems we may have finally found the new DK game of choice. There has been a few games since SoF2 that a few of us have played, like CoD for a while and BFV was a bit more popular than that. But still, not everyone was playing. Then along came Counter-Strike Source.

The clan currently has 11 active members and 10 of those are now playing CSS. One is AWOL atm but even he* may make a return for CSS. If only we could get him* to join IRC...

CS Source - The Game that will reunite |D|K|??

It's looking like we might have a winner here!

So far Burns, Sleeps, Viper and Reaps all have it ... and I know that donor and Fil and Wee Man are very interested in getting it!!

The clan might be united in a FPS for the first time in ages :)

And yes ... IT IS A FOOKING BRILLIANT GAME!!

Season 3 of Red vs Blue is out!!! What do you mean you have never seen it. Its a crazy series made using Halo mutiplayer as actors and its hilarious. Granted if you start watching from season 3 you won't have a clue as to whats going on, but it's a good place to give you an idea what it's all about. And this new episode is fantastic.

Movement of Computer = More online time?

Right ... gonna move the computer this evening.I have two options:

1: Rach has informed me that Cate will be sleeping in the same room as us for at least another 6 months, so as a result I am going to take over Catelyn's room!!
It has the advantage of being separated from our bedroom by a hallway and a bathroom, therefore banging on keyboard should have no effect on the little uns sleep. Downside is that it is too close to the room to enable me to use a microphone so no Team Speak is possible.

2. I can move the computer downstairs into the second half of the living room. This will allow use of microphone for Team Speak, but will mean that I will have to have a wireless connection to the net (packet loss, worse pings??)

What do you boys think?

Whatever the outcome I will have to get myself a decent pair of headphones .... so just gonna look for those now. Again if you boys could recommend any just give me a shout!

The Battlefield: Vietnam Website announces that the version 1.2 patch for Battlefield Vietnam will be released tomorrow, October 7. This previous update has details on the patch, while the newer update has some movies showing off the new patch.

Got Star Wars Battlefront installed and played for about 10 mins ... but I was hanging at the time so didnt really get into it!! Anyone know if you NEED the joystick to fly the tie fighters etc?
